Just in Time for Thanksgiving... Sweet Potato Poundcake
These poundcakes are the perfect finish to any thanksgiving dinner. Made with sweet potato's, an array of spices and a spiced rum glaze these poundcakes will be as appealing to your nose as they are to your taste buds. I'm Back!!
These last two months have been crazy to say the least between a visit from my brother and his family from Ecuador, sickness running through my family, our camera lens breaking and our laptop needing repair. But I'm back and here's what I've been up to over the last month.

Three tiered Halloween cake for a surprise 40th Birthday. Tiers are 8", 10" and 12".
Hialeah Police Car
This cake was created for a woman who graduated from the Hialeah Police Department. This is my first attempt at carving a 3D car and I must say it is very time consuming. I learned a lot and look forward to the next one.
